Dear Jim:

I wish to thank your company and specifically Charlie and his crew of men for providing an excellent installation of poured gypsum flooring for my main floor radiant heating system.  As the owner/builder, I had the chance to witness the entire process.  It was enjoyable for me to ask many questions and get answers from the men as they were setting up and pouring.  Your crew was cordial, efficient, and respected my property at all times unlike other subcontractors on this project.

This is the first home for myself, Merdan Custom Builders of Avon, MN, and Grutsch Plumbing & Heating of Avon, MN that has had gypsum poured to allow in-floor radiant heat throughout the main floor.  We plan to acknowledge your company at every opportunity.
