To whom it may concern,

I recently had your product installed in my basement.  I am very impressed with the way it turned out.  I really thought that the only way to repair my existing floor was to jackhammer it up and to re-pour it.  Your product saved me a ton of work.

I would also like to thank Charlie and his crew.  I think they did an outstanding and very professional job under trying circumstances.
